We have pulled a few of the old faves out of the specials list this week- did we choose one of yours? 

Tuesday: Kim Chi and Pulled Pork Sandwich, Asian style BBQ sauce with hoisin and ginger in it, topped off with crunchy sweet pickled carrots & cucumber

Wednesday: Wings as usual, what would you do if it wasn’t? Alder and maple-smoked for 2 hours and fried per order, so fresh!

Thursday: Smoked Porkloin Sandwich with Bacon Jam and Crispy Matchstick potatoes, with a Roasted Garlic and Herb Oil mayo

Friday:Pulled Pork Sandwich with  our own mango slaw,  made with Cilantro, Pickled Onions, Salt, Pepper, and a squeeze of Lime.

Saturday: Pulled Pork Tostadas. Fried Tortilla shell with our signature rub dusted on, topped with Pulled Pork & BBQ sauce, shredded lettuce, avocado, salsa, cilantro and drizzled with our creme fraiche!

Sunday: Pulled Pork topped with our bacon & an egg…so popular, it is here every Sunday!
