Tuesday: This one is going to tickle your tastebuds in ALL the right places! A Mediterranean Ham Sandwich, topped with a sundried tomato mayo and a Mediterranean slaw consisting of black olives, tomatoes, spinach, feta and red onions.
Wednesday: Wing Wednesday as usual- hello! Alder/Maple smoked for 2 hrs, the sauce is our regular BBQ with added honey, Franks Red Hot, and some secret spices!
Thursday: Oh yeah it’s a Porkloin Sandwich with a Nectarine and Red Onion Relish. See if you can taste the splash of red wine and some brown sugar in the relish!
Friday: Pulled Beef Sandwich with Cambozola Cheese. The beef is smoked with maple and the cut is a Shoulder Roast. FYI Cambozola is a delicious, mild blue cheese, it also comes with a herb mayo. Yummm!
Saturday: Crispy Chicken Taco with Carolina Gold BBQ sauce, Smoked Corn Salsa, Pickled Onions and cilantro. It is worthwhile ordering ahead of time because we sell out every time!
Sunday: The best breakfast sandy out there! A pulled pork, bacon & egg delight! We serve it all day because…Sunday 😉
