Tuesday – The chicken for our Smoked Chicken BLT is local chicken from the Cowichan Valley; leg and thight meat, smoked for two hours with Alder and then pulled off the bone. Topped with fresh lettuce and tomato and paired with an herby mayo!
Wednesday – Who’s your Wingman? Call them up and let them know you need their help, it’s Wing Wednesday! 12-16 wings per smokey pound! Served with your choice of fries or corn bread, so tough to choose!
Thursday – Our very own Meatball Sub may have had poetry dedicated to it! Topped with more meat in the tomato sauce and melted cheese. Not for the faint of heart!
Friday – For our Pulled Pork & Mango Slaw Sandwich, we make the slaw ahead with juicy mango, pickled onions and a hit of cilantro. We create a special version of our own BBQ sauce with the addition of hoisin and ginger!
Saturday – YES! It is Crispy Chicken Soft Taco day! SO popular we offer it every second Saturday. SMoked corn salsa, pickled onions, cilantro and our special Carolina Gold BBQ sauce!
Sunday – Hello Hangover Cure! Yep, our Pulled Pork, Bacon & Egg Sandy has been known to solve the problems of a wild Saturday night! Don’t worry we serve it until 7pm.
